.... Bakle, the konohiki. He had received this from Manae in 1838. He is an overseer for Kuakini and is living there where no one has objected to this day. I had heard distinctly Manae give this land.
Manuwa, sworn and stated, I have known exactly as Papai has stated; no one has objected.
