To the Land Commissioners: Greetings: I hereby state my claim for land in the 'ili of Kaeleku in Kaneohe, Island of Oahu. There are five lo'i, which are not situated alike, but spotted here and there. One lo'i is on the north and the lo'is on the south are for someone else. The claimant received this land from Halo about 1845, or 1846, and has held it in peace ever since.
Mehekulu, sworn, says I am a kamaaina of Kaneohe, and know the testimony of Kahilikulani to be true.
