To the Land Commissioners, greetings: We, subjects living at Wainiha on Kauai hereby state our /claim for/ land, also some kulas; we have measured the lo`i and the kula, as shown in the diagram. The length is 170 fathoms and the width is 114 fathoms.

There are also some other kulas, for this same land. The diagram of these two kula is as follows: Diagram 1 is a place where the house is built. The second is a place to raise pigs.
