This claim is stated to be in the entrance of Nuuanu bieng 5 kalo patches and a small house lot, having had undisturbed possession of the same ever since 1836.

Claimant further states that the present claim with survey was committed by him to James Bastion, Esquire, then attorney-at-law, with instructions to lay them before the Land Commission at its commencement, and that receiving no summons, and finding those documents had never been presented, he now requested to renew the claim on the grounds stated, and attached to thi ....

The one house lot with two taro patches are from Mahoe during the time of Kinau before the year 1839 and since then to the present time there have been no objections. Some of the patches have been from Keliiahonui. Nawai had given him two patches before the death of Kinau in 1839 and he has had these two patches to the present time with no objections.
