Nuuhiwa, sworn, I know that Naleipuleho wrote out and sent in this claim in 1847. The claimant has three pieces of land, all in Waiehu, Maui.

No. 1 is a moo of kalo & kula in the ili of Kumukahi.
No. 2 is one loi in Kumuwiliwili.
No. 3 is one loi in Pahapahawale.

The claimant received these lands from Eleele in the years before 139. His title was never disputed. There is one paahao loi in No. 1.
