I hereby notify You of the existence of a deed of two (2) lands called Halilena & Ananui in Napoka Waiehu Maui, made over to me by Hoapilikane former Governor of Maui in 1839 for services rendered: the wording of said deed is as follows:
"O Maua O Kamehameha III a me Kakauluohi Ke haav ....
