I, Nehemia Hooliliamanu, have requested of Keaniani a portion of land from this property which is fourteen feet on the oceanside and one foot on the mountain-side. It is a very small section and Keaniani has given me his consent. I, too, have given a certain part of land of my property that I had received from Elisai Opunui to Keaniani. That is the transaction of the parcels of land of our (two) lots. The words in the above lines have been fulfilled and we attach our signatures below here on this day.
