.... Paul F. Manini, October 9, 1850, from page 152

Naone, sworn, I have seen this place in Waikele, Ewa. 1 land section consisting of 1 taro patch, 1 pond for young fish, 1 house site with 1 house standing and Kualii lives under Paul F. Manini.

Ohule had tilled a half of the taro patch and the konohiki seeing the other half with weeds had it cleaned. Ohule was evicted at the same time. It had been tens years that I had seen that patch allowed to be overrun with weeds before the konohiki had taken it away.

Postponed until a document is presented by J.W. Opunui.
