The President of the Land Commissioners, Greetings to your Honors: I hereby tell you of my land claim at Kawaihapai in Waialua on the island of Oahu. It is bounded on the north by the land of Kaanaana, on the east by the land of Paele, and the po`alima of Napahi, on the south by the land of Hookamalii, on the west by the land of Moewaa.

Dead, Wife, Kahiki abandoned on oath July 26. Lives in Mokuleia or Kawaihapai.
I might perhaps get more information in respect to two or three persons, by keeping this and spending a day's time in hunting up the other persons, but I cannot well spare the time, and I do not think that they will ever wish to hear from the claims again.
