To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I hereby tell you of my land claim at Palikea in Honolulu. Five taro patches - Two patches are in another place: on the south is the patch of Kepu, on the east is the lot of Ioane /Ii?/, on the north is Kaaha's place and on the west is Kaaha's patches. One patch is in another place: on the north is Kawananakoa, on the east is Molina's place, on the west is Kapahi's place. Two patches are bounded: on the north by Kapahi's place, on the east are Pai ....

There are two patches in this section, but there is no house nor is there a fence. These three sections of Kaiapapa were from Kepu in the year 1832 and no one had objected."

Molina, sworn and stated, "I have seen this property exactly as Kahili has just related here concerning Kaiapapa's land.
