To the Land Commissioners: I hereby tell you of my little house lot claim, which is bounded on the north by the house of Kekio, on the east by the boundary of Uilama, on the west by the ko'ele kula of Loda /Lot?/, on the south by the flowing stream. That is my little house lot claim, on which I live. From KKamehameha I to Kamehameha II, I have lived at this place and never left it until this day on which I am telling you.

Kanewahine's (M) land, makai
Kaia's land, Ewa.
Section three has three patches and a pasture, but there i8 no fence. Kaia's land is mauka: Kanewahine's land, here; Moanalua stream, makai; Opa's land, Ewa. There is no fence for this place. I had given him this land at the time of Kamehameha I's death in 1820 and he (Pakele) has lived there in peace to this day."
