To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I hereby tell you of my land claim, seven lo`i and one irrigation ditch and my house lot at Kealia, in the middle of Kapalama, Island of Oahu. It is described as follows: Four lo`i are situated alike, as follows: on the north by the land of the Teachers; on the east by the land of Kulou; on the south by the land of Nuuanu; on the west by the bulrush kula /plain fringed by bulrushes"/.

One lo`i adjoins makai of the lo`i of Kaaloa. One lo`i adjoins my taro irrigati ....
