Honorable Commissioners, House of the Privy Council, Greetings to you all: I hereby tell you of my claim for taro land in Kalihi waena in the 'lli of Kama, in the Ahupua'a of Kalihi on Oahu, which has been continuously in my hands. It is bounded on the north by Kapihe's land; on the east by a stream; on the south by a land for Kaili; on the west by Kelea's land. That is what I have to tell you.

Peapea has lived there peacefully to the present time. Land to Peapea from his wife, Kauhane. Kauhane's land from Kuaea her husband. Kuaea had his land from Kama at the time of S. Kuluwailehua before 1840.

Kama: I have felt that he should live under me just as all other tenants were living. I could not provoke without cause. To live peacefully was my desire.

16 July 1852 - claimant appeared before me and relinquished his claim. G.M. Robertson.
