N.T. 257v3
No. 1268, Nakai

Kaluahinenui had come and reported that sections IV and V of my interest be returned to Kaluahinenui because it was this way a long time ago, but I had erred in including it (as my interest); therefore, I am saying with all sincerity that I do not have any interest, not in the least in these sections. It is right that I should depart from these (lands) so that the land officers may not feel I have any claim.
