To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I, the undersigned hereby tell of my land claim in the `ili of Waikahalulu in Honolulu, a taro mo`o under the konohiki. There are six lo`i together on the north of Kahakai's place; on the east of the stream; on the south of Keoki's place; on the west of Kapo's and Kahiwa ma. I had given Kapohaku land at the time Rev. L. Smith had built the chapel at Kaumakapili, probably in the year 1837 and he has lived there since then to the present time; no one has ever objected.

Paki and Konia had given me my place there, but most of the land there belonged to Paki.

Naniani, sworn, Our /two/ testimonies are the same as Kahalekai's report; no one has objected.
