Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby tell of my land claim at Waiaala in Waikiki. I have two lo`i which were given me by Kahue in the year 1841. I have lived here in peace with no objections.

Kaanaana received the land where now his house stands from Kanemakua at the time of Poki in the year 1829: no one had objected.

Kahue had given him property after the death of Kinau in the year 1840 and he (Kaanaana) has always lived there to the present time; no one has objected.
