To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: From the commotion by Kaomi until this day onwhich I petition you, /I have held/ my land claim at Kaliawa, seaward of the middle of Kalihi, along the Government Road from Honolulu to Ewa, which is described as follows: on the north, unused kula and the house lot of Laanui, on the east, the land of Kaolala and the irrigation ditch, on the south, the flowing stream, on the west, the irrigation ditch and the Ahupua`a.
