Section 1 from Opunui, the father of Kaneiakama at the time of Liholiho, no one objected. Section 2 from Ka`u. Section 3 from Makue at the time of Kaahumanu I. No disputes over sections 1 and 3, section 2 was taken by Uilama at the time he sold the land. Kaneiakama is appealing for section 2.

Kanoho, sworn, he has known in the same way as Puhi.
