To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I hereby state the claim of Pehu for twelve lo`i, a sea /fishery/ and a coconut grove. It has been surveyed and the diagram is on another paper. There are also five sections of kula, and for the wahine, six lo`is which she has under the people who are the landlords. That is her claim which I was directed to state to the secretary who writes the claims/. Her occupation was from the time of Liholiho and until this day. There have been no objections.

The land of Kekio borders with Waialae, Pukele and Wailupe are in the center of Kekio and Kapahulu, then runs slightly makai until it reaches Haleomalu; those lands in the center extend toward the hills where Kekio and Kapahulu join them, further extending to Pohakuhunaniho until Luahine-kaikapu to Leahi and Makaaoa are reached, bordering Kapahulu; Leahi is for Kekio and running by the pasture makai of Leahi until Nauolewa. Kahala separates all the way to Puoili and Puainako, stopping at Paina. Another separate land is further Mauka to the precipice looking toward Koolau. That is what I have heard.
