A petition to you, the Land Commissioners concerning my little claim for land at Waipae in Waihee. There are 8 lo`i at Kalepolepo. In Waihee, itself, are 8 lo`i, combined they make a total of 16. Thee are 4 lo`i at Huakolea, [blank spot ?] at Waipao 2 are 3 lo`i. All the lo`is together make a total of 23. Also, there is a mana o`opu /gobey fish stream/ named Waipuka. Also a lauhala clump. All these are at Waipae. They are here in Waihee. The right to the 8 lo`i at Waipae is from Aluhiau /and was held/ until Kuihelani "ate"* Waihee, without being dispossessed. The witnesses are Kaalepo and Pupuka.
The interest in the lo`is at Kalepolepo was established from Kaauwai to Kaanua and from Kaanua to me. The witnesses are Keali and Kaanua. The right to the lo`is at Huakolea was from Anakalea at the time when Kaauwai was dispossessed and the land went to Kuihelani, and these 4 lo`i were gotten. The witnesses are Keoili and Paiki. The right to the mana o`opu was from the time of Kauwai to this time, without dispossession. The right to the 3 lo`i in Wapao 2 was from Kawalea, and the clump of lauhala. All these things have not been disturbed by the konohiki and I am occupying them all.
