To the Land Commissioners: I, Haia Huki, am a claimant for three land areas for which I have cared for a great many years, and the house lot at Kawaipuolo.
1. Three lo`i, bounded on the east by those of Kalehina, on the south by a kula, on the west by the lo`i of Kaluahi, on the north by the muliwai.
2. Three lo`i also at Waipuolo, bounded on the east by Kolikoli's land, on the south by a stream, on the west by Kaluahi's land, on the north by Kuokoa's land.
3. One lo`i at Lower Anahulu, bounded on the east by Hokuaulani's, on the south and north by Mo`o' ....

Apanas 1, 2 and 4 were from Kuokoa in the time of Kinau and are undisputed. Apana 3 was from Mo`o in 1846. There is no dispute.
