To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I, Muli, hereby state my claim for land at Kamooiki. I have two taro lo`i, one is on the east of Keakua's lo`i and one is on the west side of Kekua's lo`i
2. At Pahipahialua also, is a kula, and one taro lo`i. The planted things are: sweet potato, water melon, noni, wauke, ipu `awa`awa /either bitter gourd, or a kind of muskmelon/ ....

Kalalawaia, sworn, says the testimony of last witness is correct. Kuheleloa gave the land to Kauaikaua, the sister of Naauhau. She gave the land to Muli who has always gone to the poalima of the konohiki.
