N.R. 638v3

To the Land Commissioners: I have two lands at Waialua. The first is at Paalaa and is named Kaahalike. There are seven taro lo'i, bounded on the north by the muliwai, on the east by the lo'is of Hika, on the south by kula, on the west by Manamana. The second is a house site at Waikaluaanana. South 19, west 20, north 17. My desire is to have a document to protect it. /The land/ was from Keaweluaole.

.... of Haehae
Koolaupoko, Muliwai of Laukihaa.

Apana 1 was from Keaweluaole when Kekuanaoa came here to Waialua, in 1846. Apana 2 was from Kolualoa in the time of Kamehameha I. Apana 1 is undisputed. Apana 2 was disputed by Keliihuluhulu for no reason and it is returned to Keawemuku and the dispute is ended.

Kihookahi, sworn, my knowledge of it is like that of Kauloaiwi's.
