Greetings to the Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles: I hereby state my claims for house lot and also taro land.

This claim is at Anahola on the island of Kauai. There are two house lots and also some taro mo`os. My makuas lived here in ancient times, and they are now dead, and therefore I hereby state /my claim/ to you, the Land Commissioners.

In 1848, the Konohiki gave him(?) two lois, there were no objections.

Kawaimakanui, sworn: he (Paa) has given his claims nos. 4908 and 3030 to Lupaieie.
