`Ili of Nohoana. I hereby state to you, the Land Commissioners, my claim for a mo`o which I received from Hika in ancient times and have occupied until the present. I do not know the year in which I received my land but I do know that it was in the time of Kamehameha I. There are 40 taro lo`i in my mo`o. On the west is a stream, on the north is the `Ili of Kuaia, on the south is the `Ili of Makahelahela and the lo`i po`alima.In the `Ili of Ohia are two taro lo`i, in the mo`o of Kaelemakule, that is another claim of mine.I had them from Pikao who h ....
