Kenaoe of Lahaina, Maui being sworn before W. Ap. Jones, P. Magistrate, made oath that Kekahuna put into deponant's hands a land claim for a kuleana on "Uhai" (Ahupuaa) in Lahaina, and that he took the claim to Honolulu and gave it to Namauu, Commissioners, which claim was written by a schoolmaster "Nahia."
