Kahinawe (wahine), sworn, I have seen his house lot in Kamani, Lahaina.

Mauka by Government road
Olowalu by Kaluaokamo's house lot
Makai by Beach
Kaanapali by Puhi's house lot.

House lot from King Kamehameha III in 1838, no disputes to the present. Witness has custody of this place at present under Puniwai, he has no claim there, but he has a house.

Kolohina, Nawai and Pelapela each have a house here but they have not filed for claims. They had come to live under Puniwai.
