To the Land Commissioners, Greetings: I hereby state my claim for land, a mo`o, named Hahai, at Heeia, Island of Oahu. There are six taro lo`i also a kula. Next to my mo`o is also a mala of `awa, at Kaaukue, and a banana /clump/. Also, my house, in Heeia, has a kukui tree.

Puahiki sworn says, the above is true. There seems to be no reason for Paele taking the above named taro patch.
