Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I have a claim, named Kee, in the Ahupua`a of Waialua on Molokai. It is 9 chains long by 3 chains 2 fathoms in width. However, this claim is not all in one place - some of it is inland and some of it is seaward. Meheula's land is mauka, and Waiauia's land is makai. I also have a kula which is stated here.

Kauaua, sworn, All the foregoing testimony is true; it is the same as my knowledge of it.
