Greetings to you all: I have a mo'o /named/ Nio, the Ahupua'a of Wawaia. It was given to me by Nakoi in 1842. Its length is 48 /fathoms?/ and its width is 20 and a yard. It is bounded mauka by a house, to the eastward by Kaonohi's land, makai by Loiloa's land, downwind, by a lo'i po'alima. There is also a sweet potato kula, which I state to you, the Commissioners to quiet land titles.
