Kaaioha, sworn, I know the apana of land which is being disputed. At that time it was being planted by the Konohiki as a /place to/ preserve cotton /plants/ and from thence until this time, I have not seen it worked on again by the Konohikis, but, I do know that it was cultivated and possessed continuously by Nahia until this time.
