I.S. Kaawa, sworn, I know but one of the claimant's lands. It is 10 lois in the ili of Pahukauila, Waihee, Maui The claimant received it from Laahili in 1844, and he from Governor Kekuanaoa. His title was not disputed up to his death in June last. His heir is his widow Kaholani.
