To the Honorable Land Commissioners: I, Kualaau am the Luna of Ukoa. I have lived there four years, at Ukoa, Waialua, Oahu on this Island of Oahu. I have a house lot which I thought of making. I have two lo'i at Kawailoa. Northeast is Kuokoa, southeast is Kapuaakea, a government lo'i, southwest is Hookala. Matthew Kenui, sworn, Kekualaau has relinquished his interest and personal estate. These are conveyed to Namahana henceforth on this 22nd day of June 1849. Mahoe had bequested this entire estate while he was yet alive to Namahana because he (Namahana) is Mahoe's adopted child. This is in Kahakuloa, No one has objected.
