To the Land Commissioners: I hereby state to you y claim for my `ili named Kuakiole in the Ahupua`a of Manowai on the Island of Molokai. There are some taro lo`i and their kula. The lo`is are 13½ fathoms long by 9½ fathoms wide. My kula land is 171 fathoms long by 84 fathoms wide. The `ilis which adjoin mine are Pohakuloa for Kiekie on one side and Kukuikomo for Kahoohalahala on one side, and Kahooleau for Manukai on one side. I have not measured some sections of my kula land because they are far inland in the forest; I have measured one parcel.
