Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I, Lima, have an `ili, named Keo, in the Ahupua`a of Honoulimaloo on the Island of Molokai. Its length and width have not been measured. On the north of this `ili is Pilipili, mauka is Keauhou, on the south is a ridge, makai is a sweet potato kula. This land has no kula nor any mountain area.

The former haku`aina as Kinimaka, from Kinimaka to Pualani, from Pualani to Lima. The witnesses are Kauakahi, Koahoouka, and Puu. Therefore, I have a claim on this land, for you, the Commissioners to quiet land titles, to investigate and to ....
