I, Adamu Kaiwi, occupy a house lot in the city of Honolulu, Island of Oahu. My own place, under the authority of Victoria /Victoria Kamamalu?/ is 126 feet long and 66 feet wide. My occupation is from the time that Kaahumanu lived at Pulaholaho until this very time. This is my message to you, the Land Commissioners, and I sign my name on this 14th day of October ....
