Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I have an 'ili in the Ahupua'a of Pohakupili, Island of Molokai, which is named Pouli. This land has a taro land named Puuokanolua, and there is also a fenced land. It is situated on the diagram.

He received this land from his father, and his father obtained it in the time of Liholiho and there has been quiet and undisputed possession of it until this time. In Apana, 2 is 1 Konohiki lo'i.

Wm. Ap Jones, the Deputy Konohiki, agreed to the validity of Kapule's claim.
