Hear ye, ye Land Commissioners: I, Kaha, have an `ili in the Ahupua`a of Manawai, which is named Kaulu II. The combined length of the sides is 15 fathoms and the width is 14 fathoms.

It is bounded mauka by Keaki's land, to the eastward by Kaluau's land, makai by Kapano's land, and below, or down wind, by Paepaiku. I received my land from Naonea; he died soon after and his wahine inherited the land, about 7 years ago.

Furthermore, I have four sections of kula paoo /second growth sweet potatoes/. I also have a house lot which is hereby presented as a claim.
