Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby tell you of the places I have taken in the chiefs` lands, as follows: In the kula are 4, in the pahee* are 4, at Kaluulu* are 4, in the apaa* are 8 cultivated plots of taro and sweet potatoes, at the highway are 5 kihapai of taro and mauka of the highway are 10, in the ma`u* belt are 5, in the forest are 8. Here are some planted things from my parents - the neneleau shrubs - when they died they bequeathed these to me. All these things which I have taken are in Kaohia. Here are these kihapais of mine at Pueo: In the pahee /Land zones in Kona/ are 2, within ulu* are 4, in the apaa* are 6. From the highway to within the ama`uma`u ferns are 20. In Kaluulu* is ....

Section 13 - In Pueo 1 ili land is a palm tree and other plants, 2 kou trees, 3 palm trees, 1 row of prickly pears.

Land had been acquired by Kama's parents during the time of Kamehameha I, they left in to him, /Kama/ upon their death. No one has objected to him to the present day.
