Greeetings to you, the Land Commissioners of the Mo'i: I hereby state my claims. Here is the first. 1. At Kalauao in Ewa I have seven lo'i, under Konia, and also a small kula which adjoins these lo'is.
2. Here is the second: one mo'o at Manananui in the 'ili of Lole.
Here is the third: One house lot at Manananui in the 'ili named Kaholona. That is the end of my claims, which I occupy under the authority of the konohiki.

Nane's land grant was from Paki in 1844, Paki's is the second witness for Nane's claim.

Honaunau, sworn, (court action) Kauhale, 2nd witness. He wrote this claim and had sent it to Honolulu, no returned documents but he has been granted a hearing.

Nane, sworn, he has seen moo land Kanielomilo in the ili of Kaonohi of Kalanao, Ewa, Oahu, 5 patches in one section.

Honolulu, Kalanao river
Makai, Kamilomilo 2 sand pond
Waianae, Kepanale moo land.

Honaunau's land from Konia in 1846, no one objected to him.

Kamakahiki both have known alike.
