Hear ye, ye Land Commissioners: I have a claim in an `ili in the Ahupua`a of Pelekunu on the Island of Molokai. Its name is Keauhou and it is 15 fathoms on the north, 20 fathoms on the south, 20 fathoms on the east and 15 fathoms on the west. It is taro land, with a portion of kula, and also a mountain area of olona.

I have occupied this claim from the time of Kamehameha III. It was ....
