This is from Kuakini in 1841.

Two lots are in Kohala here.

Mauka is a road with Eleele and Walawala's lots
Kawaihae by ahupuaa of Hihiu
Makai by beach
Kohala by a canoe landing area.
There is a stone house; the lot has been enclosed and it had been acquired by Walawala in 1844, probably. No objections.

2. Ili land of Alua ahupuaa of Kapaau and it has a fence.
Mauka by idle land
Kohalawaho by a stream
Makai by a stream also and an idle land
Hamakua by the ahupuaa of Ainakea.

This land is from his wife, Ulumeheihei, in 1839. Eight houses are there, seven for him and one for Puahewa. Puahewa has no claim."
