Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I have a claim in an `ili in the Ahupua`a of Halawa on the Island of Molokai. The name of this is Lalohana. The `ili makai of Lalohana is for Kawainui, Kipapali is on the mauka side, for Imahiai, a pali is above and a muliwai is below.

I have occupied this claim for a very long time. It was received from Paia One, and I have cultivated this claim ever since. Formerly I went to the po`alima labor days but am exempt at this time because of old age ....
