The Mo`i has given me my half share. I hereby explain to you, the Land Commissioners, about the foregoing. I was given the document of designation on the 8th day of February.

It is at Kauopai `Ili, Kalauao, Ewa, Oahu. Mo`o One, from the dry /land/ to the /fresh/ water. Mo`o Two, from the dry /land/ to the /fresh/ water. In Mo`o One are four lo`i of the tenant, and two ko`ele for me. In Mo`o Two are four lo`i of the tenant and one ko`ele for me. My half ....

Kamokumaia's land had been from King Kamehameha I, after his death (Hamokumaia) the land was inherited by his son Kekipi. No one has objected to him since the time of Kinau.

Pao, sworn, he has see and known in the same way as Kamauna.
