Kapela, sworn, He has seen in the ili land at Punanoni of Keahou 2 ahupuaa, 2 land sections and in Kehelemu, 1 section. The boundaries will be establish by the land surveyor when he shall come. The land has been cultivated. Planted section in the ili land at Maili. Kukahi had planted olona and oranges however he does not have this now, Kane had this section.

Kukahi has claimed this interest just as he has filed in his interest claim. I did not see the planting but I have see Kukahis management here and oranges have been seen as a result.

There is one orange tree, in the ili land at Kohelemu which Kukahi's wife had planted. This is very old land from the parents during the time of Kamehameha I, No one has objected to him. Objections had been for the plants only. One house lot, Mauka and all around are idle land boundaries, it has a fence and Kukahi had built it. One house is there for him in which he is living.

Naholowaa, Both he and Kapela have known in the same way.
