Royal Patent, Upon Confirmation of the Land Commission

Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto Johnann H. Lafrenz, Kuleana No. 744, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas the said J.H. Lafrenz has paid into the Hawaiian Treasury the sum of Fifty dollars for the Government Claim on said land.
