Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to Quiet Land titles have by their decision awarded unto Samuel Rice, Claim No. 3202 an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas the said Samuel Rice have commuted the title as awarded for a fee Simple Title by the payment of five ....
