Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto M. Kekauonohi, L.C. Award 11216, Ap. 4 an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas S.W. Wilcox, the present owner of Waikoko Ahupuaa ma Halelea, Island of Kauai has applied to the Minister of Interior for a Royal Pate ....
