Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award to Aio Claim No. 3765 in Fee Simple, the land hereafter described,
Therefore, Liliuokalani, by the Grace of God, Queen Sanford B. Dole, President of the Provisional Government of the Hawaiian Islands, by this Royal Patent makes known to all men that she has for herself and for her successors in Office this ....
