Land Patent No. 8123 In Confirmation of Land Commission Award

Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet land titles did by Land Commission Award No. 8452, Apana 14 award to A. Keohokalole, an estate of freehold less than allodial in the land hereafter described,

And whereas proper application having been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by Alfred W. Carter, Guardian of Annie G. Parker for a Land Patent on the herein described land, and whereas a certificate of boundaries defining the same having been duly filed and the Government Commutation thereon was settled by resolution of the Privy Council August 27th 1850, and by surrender of lands to the Government as set forth and recorded in Volume 10 of Land Commission Awards on page 432,

Therefore, the Governor ....

To have and to hold the above granted land in Fee Simple, absolute unto the said A. Keohokalole, and his [her] heirs and assigns forever.

In Witness whereof, The Governor of the Territory of Hawaii has hereto set his hand and caused the Great Seal of the Territory to be hereunto affixed, this 4th day of February, A.D. 1902.
